Hauling with DILE Solutions

To expedite the onboarding process, we recommend gathering the following paperwork:
- Authority letter
- Certificate of Insurance
- A copy of W9
- Three (3) references-These can be any vendor that you pay; a landlord for office space rental, utility companies, a bank used for a business loan, etc.
This paperwork is required before you can begin hauling loads with us. If you plan to use a factoring company, please provide a copy of your Notice of Assignment.
We currently have loads for the following types of equipment:

- Power Only

Running Loads
First, you must fill out an application to be a carrier in our network. A member of our team will reach out to you to verify your business and insurance information.
Our carriers’ preferences such as origin/destination pair, drive time, equipment type and such are built into their profile during the onboarding, and it continues to be updated. We will conduct load match using the information to find the best fitted loads for you.
Part of our core carrier program is based on your performance and history with us. You will have the first access to these loads, and they can be automatically assigned to you if you wish.
Payment & Accessorial
We understand that timely payments are critical to our carriers. We are flexible to work with and we offer multiple payment options, including ACH, mail in check, and quick pay through freight factoring company.
Quick pay allows you to be paid two days after your POD paperwork is approved. Payment can be remitted in either the form of a check or direct deposit (if set up previously). Please note a small fee (in %) will most likely be applied by the factoring company.
Yes. We will work with existing factoring companies to ensure you get paid according to your terms.
No. At the current moment, we do not offer factoring. Stay tuned for future development.
DILE Solutions offers the following accessorial if required on a shipment by shipment basis: detention, layover, stop-offs, driver assist, pre-pull/yard pull, overweight, oversized, storage, truck ordered not used, and out of route miles. Please contact us for more information on accessorial payment.
