Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager with managing all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company. Job Summary:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Team of 2-4 direct reports in the Savannah warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consistently working on the floor with the teams to ensure all operations are completed properly, and the customer SOPs are followed.
- Major daily focus on picking and shipping due to volume to ensure that all shipments are completed timely.
- Train all new warehouse associates in safety procedures, customer SOPs and safe handling of the freight.
- Communicate temporary staffing agency needs to warehouse management as needed.
- Enforce company policies and standards with associates.
- Maintain associate’s workplace safety and health regulations.
- Ensure products are stored in an organized manner upon receiving utilizing the WMS system.
- Ensure accessibility to all products being stored in the warehouse in the correct put-away locations, scanned into the WMS.
- Ensure products are stored in appropriate sections upon receiving.
- Ensure products are being received and scanned correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure teams follow all company workflows and systems set up to keep to goals.

In this role, you are responsible for supporting and maintaining strong relationships with transportation carriers to ensure efficient freight movement, service reliability, and operational support. The Customer Success Coordinator supports the daily execution of customer operations by monitoring performance, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate, timely communication. This role serves as a critical link between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring orders, inventory, and issues are tracked and resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Monitoring (Control Tower)
- Track inbound, inventory, and outbound activity
- Monitor order flow and ensure SLA compliance
- Identify and escalate operational issues including delays, shortages, mis-picks, and inventory discrepancies
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accuracy
- Track inbound receipts and outbound fulfillment

Customer Communication

In this role, you are using a strategic mindset analyzing industry and employment data/trends to develop and implement solutions that focus on the attraction, retention, and development of our team members.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working with the administrative team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues that arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of performance shortfalls, policy violations, wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which will include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with all management and supervisory staff to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
